All of our products are decorative objects crafted by dedicated artisans. They are intended for indoor use only. We recommend keeping them in a dry place at indoor temperature. We recommend that the products be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning, the use of cleaning products or by improper use.

Full assembly instructions are provided in the box with each product. These stipulate if you require an electrician or more than one person for assembly. It is recommended that the lighting fixtures be installed by a professional. We are not, in any way, responsible or liable under any circumstances for misfortunes and/or accidents that may occur due to improper use and/or installation of our products.

Please examine the condition of cartons before signing delivery receipts: our products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving our facility. Should you receive products in a damaged condition apparent or concealed, claims for damage must be made against the carrier immediately. Keep all packaging materials. Should visual inspection upon the receipt of shipment show damage, it must be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by both you and the driver. Failure to do so will result in the carrier refusing to honor your claim. Retain all packing materials and notify the carrier immediately that you wish an inspection report made, so you can proceed to make a claim against the carrier. When damage is not apparent until the product is unpacked, and then a claim for concealed damages must be made immediately.
